The health personnel are responsible for obtaining an interpreter if necessary.
Working immigrants who are not registered as resident in a Norwegian municipality are not entitled to a GP. But everyone who needs immediate health care (when life or health is in danger) gets this regardless of whether they are registered in Norway.
