Join us to celebrate the International Day of Yoga session at Helsinki Cathedral (Senate Square) in Helsinki!
The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015, following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.
The session will be conducted by experienced and certified yoga instructors following yoga protocol and comprising easy asanas. The session is free and beginner friendly.
Remember to bring your own yoga mat! Instruction is in English with key instructions in Finnish, if necessary.
