The Embassy of India in Vienna is conducting free yoga classes in the Embassy premises. Everyone is welcome to attend the classes. The classes are being conducted by Ms. Jyoti MIttal, Teacher of Indian culture, and are being held at the 1st Floor, Karntner Ring 2, Vienna. The classes will cover Asanas or yoga postures, Pranayama or breathing exercises, Meditation and Relaxation techniques. For any information please write to : tic.vienna@mea.gov.in
