Embassy of India, Rome is organizing a one-day Consular Camp at Majestic Business Centre, Via Brodolini, 26, Battipaglia (SA) on 20th October 2024 (Sunday) between 9:00 hrs – 1300 hrs for provision of Passport and other Consular Services.

1. Embassy of India, Rome is organizing a one-day Consular Camp at Majestic Business Centre, Via Brodolini, 26, Battipaglia (SA) on 20th October 2024 (Sunday) between 9:00 hrs – 1300 hrs.
Following services will be provided in the Consular camp:
i. Collection of passport application forms
ii. Collection of application forms for PCC
iii. Collection of forms for Surrender of Indian passport
iv. Delivery of printed passports
v. Delivery of printed OCI cards
vi. Delivery of approved Surrender certificates
2. Applicants are requested to register themselves for the camp. For registration, kindly send an email on cons.rome@mea.gov.in with your name and passport number/OCI card number/application number.
3. For delivery of printed passports, OCI cards and Surrender Certificates during the camp, kindly share your passport application reference number (ARN number) or OCI application registration number via email on cons.rome@mea.gov.in by 16.10.2024.
