The Embassy of India in Copenhagen, in collaboration with the Danish Foreign Policy Society (Det Udenrigspolitiske Selskab), organized a seminar to commemorate 75 years of India-Denmark relations. The event focused on ongoing and future opportunities for collaboration in trade, investment, and sustainable solutions, all aimed at strengthening the Green Strategic Partnership between the two nations.
The keynote speech was delivered by Ambassador Rahul Chhabra, former Indian diplomat and Strategic Adviser. Ambassador Manish Prabhat and Charlotte Flindt Pedersen, Director of the Danish Foreign Policy Society, gave welcome remarks, sharing their perspectives on the subject.
Ms. Lotte Machon, State Secretary for Foreign Policy, delivered the opening speech, offering a geopolitical outlook on India-Denmark and India-EU relations.
Bente Toftkær, Director of Global Trade at Dansk Industri (DI), provided an overview of migration mobility between India and Denmark, while Mr. Jakob Bejbro Andersen, CEO of Danish-Indian company MASH Makes, presented insights on bio-coal innovation.
