CONSULAR DAY IN VANTAA
Time: 1000-1600 HRS
Date: 27 NOVEMBER 2021
VENUE: SOKOS HOTEL, Hertaksentie 2, 01300 Vantaa
Officers from the Embassy will visit Sokos Hotel, Vantaa to facilitate Consular services.
Those who wish to avail the benefits of consular services, may visit the Consular Camp during the scheduled time.
Following consular services would be facilitated:
Submission of passport, visa, OCI applications: Duly filled online applications, needs to be printed and signed before handing over to Embassy officials. Requisite fees should also be paid online with copy of fee-receipt be sent by email. Self-addressed registered postage envelopes may also be attached with the application for the return of their respective documents.
Application for other consular services such as attestations, birth certificates, etc. can also be handed over to them.
Visitors are welcomed to get clarifications on any consular matter related queries from the Consular Officers present there.
Once the applications, documents etc. are submitted, the same will be brought to the Embassy in Helsinki for processing and the Embassy will despatch the documents/passports etc. to the applicant after providing necessary consular services.
No document would be processed and returned on spot.
