Consul General Mr. B. S. Mubarak Inaugurates India Competence Centre Düsseldorf (IKD)
Consul General Mr. B. S. Mubarak participated in the inauguration of the India Competence Centre Düsseldorf (IKD) on June 27, 2025, at the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), where he also delivered the keynote address.
The event was hosted by Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller, IHK Düsseldorf President Mr. Andreas Schmitz, and Messe Düsseldorf CEO Mr. Wolfram Diener. The IKD is a forward-looking initiative aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between India and the Düsseldorf region. It will serve as a strategic platform to support local businesses seeking opportunities in India and to facilitate the integration of Indian technology companies and professionals into the regional economy.
In his keynote address, Consul General Mubarak emphasized the growing significance of Indo-German economic collaboration and the IKD’s role in enabling investment, fostering partnerships, and promoting talent mobility between the two nations.
