A step further towards connecting Indian SMEs and German Mittelstand through legal cooperation.
CGI, Frankfurt in association with Indo-German Association for Legal Cooperation (IGAL) and Indo-German Centre for Business Excellence at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management organized an interactive session for showcasing India’s strength in digitization, Fintech, skilled manpower and its complementarity for Germany as its natural partner.
Speaking during the event, Mr. Christian Hirte (Member of German Bundestag & Head of IGAL) and Shri Nalin Kohli, Advocate Supreme Court of India and Co-Chair Board of Directors, IGAL underlined the important role of IGAL as a bridge for providing legal frameworks, statutory requirements, dispute resolution as well as for boosting investors’ trust for potential partnerships.
Consul General Shri B.S. Mubarak also highlightend huge potential for collaboration between Indian SMEs and German Mittelstand.
During the networking session, the participants which include lawyers, legal luminaries, political personalities and business leaders exchanged views on stronger trade ties and people to people connect between India and Germany.
