Community Iftar in Bavaria Promotes Peace, Harmony, and Togetherness
Distinguished guests from the Consulate General of India in Munich attend the gathering
Bavaria, 11 March 2026 – A community Iftar gathering was successfully held on 11 March during the holy month of Ramadan in Bavaria, bringing together people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds to celebrate the shared values of peace, harmony, and togetherness.
The evening served as an important platform for strengthening community bonds and promoting intercultural dialogue. More than 90 Guests came together to break the fast and share the spirit of Ramadan, reflecting the diversity, inclusiveness, and unity that characterize Bavarian society.
The gathering was honored by the presence of distinguished guests from the Consulate General of India in Munich, Mr. Shatrughna Sinha, along with Mr. Amir Bashir Consul (Commerce, Education& Information). Their presence highlighted the importance of cultural exchange and community engagement in fostering mutual understanding and friendship among communities.
