The AYUSH Information Cell (AIC) in Consulate General of India, Frankfurt was delighted to host Dr D A Ananth Narayana, a noted Nutraceutical expert and Chief Scientific Officer of Ayurvidye Trust, Bengaluru for wide ranging discussions on Ayurveda-Aahar and its relevance in healthy living. Mr Mark Rosenberg from Europäischen Akademie für Ayurveda and Dr Rajnish Kaushal from the Indische Fachgesellschaft für Ayurveda shared their experiences and intricacies about Ayurvedic Aahar in Germany.
Dr Ananth Narayan also interacted with members of the Indian Ladies Club and other AYUSH enthusiasts in an interesting Q&A session expounding on the concept of importance of Aahar or food in Ayurveda. The special session was part of the Har Ghar Har Din Ayurveda initiative of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India under which the AYUSH Cell has been organising many sessions on Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda.
