Strengthening India–Germany Financial Cooperation
Consul General Shuchita Kishore visited Deutsche Börse and its historic trading floor at the heart of Frankfurt’s financial center on 19 March 2026.
During the visit, CG met Christoph Böhm, CIO/COO and Member of the Executive Board, along with members of the Deutsche Börse team, including Mr. Bhupendra Nikhurpa, Mr. Thomas Glapa, Mr. Niels Brab, Mr. Nikolaus Sutter, and Mr. Ludwig Heinzelmann.
Discussions focused on the growing importance of 🇮🇳🇩🇪 collaboration in the financial services sector. The CG was also briefed on the opening of the new Global Capability Center in Hyderabad in November 2025, further strengthening economic and technological linkages between India and Germany.
