SUBJECT: BIRTH REGISTRATION OF NEW BORN BABY TO INDIAN PARENTS
IN BELGIUM & LUXEMBOURG WITHIN ONE YEAR OF BIRTH: REGARDING
Attention of all concerned is invited to above mentioned subject.
Instances have come to notice of the Mission wherein parents of new born
baby have approached the Mission for birth registration well beyond stipulated
time of one year from the birth resulting in avoidable procedural delay.
Accordingly, all concerned are requested to adhere to the time line provided
for birth registration of new born baby to Indian parents in Belgium &
Luxembourg.
