First Secretary Ms. Veena Tirkey highlighted the global significance of this treasured tradition in her inspiring address.

With glowing diyas, vibrant rangoli, shimmering sparkles, festive sweets, and an enthusiastic diaspora presence—the evening radiated unity, culture, and celebration.
