Be a part of Bharatiyam Munich car parade on 20th march

Bharatiyam, Cluster of Indian Organisations in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, is organising Car parade to commemorate 75 years of Indian Independence and 70 years of Indo-German relationship in Munich, on 20th March 2021.

Happy to share that Consulate General of India, Munich is also part of the event.
Members of German-Indian Diaspora in and around are welcome to take part in this event.

Important note:

Only Registered people and registered cars are allowed, to be participated.

Due to corona restrictions only 150 cars are allowed to be participated, we request interested people to get registered and show your respect to our Nation,

We are outside India, but our culture a traditions we follow and respect each other and help each other.

Email 1 – to Bharatiyam with registration details
Email2 – to registered person

Term and Conditions:

  1. During event, you are abide to follow the General Covid-19 restriction* given by Bayern Government (wearing FFP2 Mask, keeping min. 1.5m Distance,. . .)
  2. Getting outside from your car and gathering in crowd is complete forbidden during entire event. 
  3. Event Organization is not liable if any damage happen to your Car or to third party during the event.
  4. Once registered for Car Rally event but later if you cannot participate in the event then you are abide to inform event organization via Phone or Email at least before 24hr from the event.
  5. You are accepting the General Data Protection Regulation (gdpr). Your registration data will be used for event communication purpose. Once event is over, your data will deleted from our system.

 

General instructions:

  1. Be present at the event location at least 30min before the Car Rally start:
    1. to confirm your participation and to put the flag on your Car. 
    2. Flag will be provided by the Bharatiyam against small token.
  2. Joining or leaving the Car Rally in between is not allowed until it is request from event organizer.
  3. During the event, follow Driving Instruction given by Police and the General Road Traffic Regulations.
  4. Honking or overtaking other Car Rally Participants car is not allowed during complete the event.
