On 30 June 2025, the Deputy Minister of Environment of Armenia, Mr. Aram Meymaryan, signed the Framework Agreement of the International Big Cat Alliance, marking Armenia’s accession as a full-fledged member upon ratification.
Ambassador Nilakshi S. Sinha, along with officials from the Embassy of India, the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were present at the signing ceremony.
