Hemant H. Kotalwar, India’s ambassador to Finland, recently participated in a pitching session hosted by BusinessOulu with ten technology entrepreneurs situated in Oulu. At the event, he invited Finnish startups to attend the second Startup Mahakumbh, which will be held in New Delhi in April 2025, and urged them to investigate the substantial prospects in the Indian market.
With over 1,300 exhibitors and over 50,000 business visitors, the previous iteration of this significant startup event in 2024 was a huge success. The dynamic potential of India’s startup ecosystem was demonstrated by these exhibitors, which comprised some of the most inventive firms in addition to up-and-coming unicorns and soonicorns.
