Amb Dinesh K Patnaik visited Universidad Francisco de Vitoria – Madrid and gave a talk on the topic “How India Sees the World”. The talk was followed by a QnA session with students that touched on many topics including India’s G20 presidency, relations with other powers, multilateralism and climate change.
