The Embassy of India in Brussels hosted an enchanting Evening of Hindustani Classical Music at the Royal Library of Belgium. The event drew a full audience, including members of the diplomatic community, Belgian nationals, and the Indian diaspora.
The evening commenced with a captivating Sarod recital by Pandit Ranajit Sengupta, accompanied by Mr. Kousik Banerjee on Tabla. This was followed by a soulful Hindustani Classical vocal performance by Ms. Mahuya Mukherjee, supported by Mr. Sanders on Harmonium. The performances left the audience mesmerized and showcased the richness of Indian classical music.
