Makar Sankranti Celebrations Unite Telugu Community in Denmark
Denmark Telugu Association (DTA) organised vibrant Makar Sankranti celebrations, featuring an array of cultural performances, exhibitions of traditional art, and authentic Telugu cuisine, reflecting the richness of Indian heritage.
On the occasion, Ambassador Manish Prabhat warmly greeted members of the Indian community and appreciated DTA’s efforts in promoting culture and community bonding abroad.
The Ambassador also congratulated Mr. Amarnadh Potluri, Founding President of DTA, who was recently honoured with the “Andhra Shree Poornakumbha” award at the 3rd World Telugu Mahasabha 2026 held in Guntur, in recognition of his selfless service to the Telugu community.
The event showcased the strong cultural connect and unity of the Indian diaspora in Denmark.
