Morning of Yoga & Wellness at the Embassy

The Embassy, in collaboration with the Italian Yoga Federation, invites you to a rejuvenating morning of yoga to rebalance your energies and support the body and mind through the season’s transition.
The session will be led by experienced teachers from FIY – Rome and Lazio.
