🌿 Yoga for One Earth, One Health | Curtain Raiser | 27th May 🌍🧘‍♀️

The Consulate General of India in Birmingham hosted an inspiring curtain raiser event to kick off the #Yoga celebrations in the lead-up to the International Day of Yoga 2025! 🙏

Yoga enthusiasts gathered to launch the #25DaystoYoga campaign — a journey dedicated to promoting wellness, mindfulness, and global unity.

Consul General Dr. Venkatachalam Murugan highlighted the vital role of Traditional Medicine and Yogic practices in achieving holistic health. Dr. Ashok delivered an engaging talk on the timeless significance of #Ayurveda, emphasizing its close ties with Yoga and its relevance to modern lifestyles.

Participants left the event enriched with insights and energized for the upcoming Yoga sessions.
