Curtain Raiser: 75 Days to IDY 2025

As part of the countdown to the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, the Art of Living Sweden, in collaboration with the Embassy of India, hosted a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session. Led by Swami Jyothirmayah, the session explored the theme “From Sound to Silence: Mantras and Meditation,” offering participants a serene journey inward through the power of sound and stillness.

This year’s IDY theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” underscores the vital role of yoga in enhancing both global health and environmental harmony. Speaking at the event, Chargé d’Affaires Mr. Rakesh Tiwari emphasized yoga’s transformative impact on holistic well-being and its relevance in today’s world.

Observed annually on June 21st, the International Day of Yoga continues to inspire communities across the globe to embrace wellness through the ancient practice of yoga.
