A bus stop is 2-3 min walk from the apartment and the nearest metro station is Garching which is 10 min walk. Technical University of Munich, Garching is 20 min walk and can be reached by bus in 5 min. Two big supermarkets- Lidl and Rewe are 5 min walk, just lying on the other side of the road of the apartment.
Security deposit amount can be negotiated and will be returned completely if no major damage is caused. The apartment can be shared by maximum 3 people with an additional 50 euro per person. KVR is possible.
