● As an Ambassador to Indian culture for Yoga, she conducted several interventions to teach Yoga in the Polish Community.
● Created a systematic approach to conducting Yoga sessions in Embassy for Polish locals and other Prominent Diplomats from various countries.
● Conducted various in-house and external events and promotions on Yoga and Ayurveda in Poland.
● Conducted Corporates Yoga workshops for big companies in Poland like Infosys, Credit Suisse
Bank, Himalayas, and P&G etc.
● Promoted, Curated, and Taught continuing education yoga workshops and immersions.
● Started with 2 students in Dec. 2017 and improved to 1000+ students in Warsaw till the end of
2019.
● Conducted various events for International Yoga Day from 2016 to 2020 in Poland, Lithuania, and
India.
