Client communication
1-2 of them will need 24×7 clearance to the data center’s in order to perform simple tasks based on guidance from a remote team like:
Power cycling of servers and switches (Dell servers and switches, Arista switches, NetScaler components)
Switching cables
Onsite inspection of the hardware
Moving, racking and stacking of servers
Preferred, but not obligatory: Ability to exchange hot-pluggable components in the servers like HDD, fans, power supplies and DIMM
In general we are looking for technicians who have a broad skillset within Client-Server Environments based on Microsoft and Android Systems. This team will be working in close collaboration with SMEs in Sofia and part of the delivery.
