Join our 5-day guided Pranava Meditation course and learn a safe, authentic, and scientific approach to meditation through the Nirvana Yoga system.
The practice begins with chanting OM, the sacred vibration in yoga that helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create the right state for meditation. This is followed by a guided body-awareness meditation, where attention is gently moved through the body step-by-step, helping the mind settle naturally into deeper stillness.
