Co-chaired by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister (DFM) H.E. Mr. Sergey Vershinin and Secretary (West) Shri Tanmaya Lal, the 13th India-Russia Joint Working Group (JWG) on Counter Terrorism and the sixth round of UN deliberations took place in Moscow on December 20, 2024. These talks centered on important UN issues and counterterrorism cooperation. Before this, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. Mikhail Galuzin met with Secretary (West) Shri Tanmaya Lal on December 19. They talked about urgent geopolitical concerns, especially the conflict in Ukraine. This illustrates the ongoing diplomatic discussions on bilateral and international issues between Russia and India.
