Consul General of India Ms. Pratibha Parkar hands over the Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) Card today to Lord Mayor of the city of Bonn, Mr. Ashok Sridharan.
Mr. Sridharan traces his links to India though his father who belongs to south India. He is the first Mayor of Bonn with migrant origins and seemingly the only Lord Mayor in Germany of Indian origin.
