Its not that difficult to open a bank account in Germany for Non-Citizen whether they are student of an university or employed in a company. they just want to have the below mentioned documents and they can directly walk into the near by bank in their Stadt or town.
Documents required – Opening bank account in Germany for Students :

1, Visa copy.

2, Passport copy.

3, University admission letter or university ID proof.

4, Residence permit(if available).

5, 10 Euro for 1st deposit.

6, Haus addresse Anmeldung bie Rath Haus in ihre stadt (Accommodation registration in your town from Rath Haus).

If you are student then you will get tax free account till the age of 27.

ATM card, Cheque book and other bank documents will be send to your within next 30 days to your registered address.
